Every product you purchase from JRnR Electronics through the DIR contract comes with a 1 year depot warranty. JRnR Electronics's 1 year warranty is a defective exchange policy through our depot in Plano, Texas.  Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer will either be repaired or replaced with component that is equal to or greater quality. This decision comes at the sole discretion of JRnR Electronics if the defect comes within the first 1 years of ownership. After the first year, the products manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect (unless extended warranty is purchased at the time of the initial order). Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer, and each user will need to contact the manufacturer directly (See manufactures list below for contact information).
